Hello,
I’m Gabriel

I'm Gabriel Bernal, a high school student at Ashbury College with a passion for science, technology, and staying active. Known for my enthusiasm and drive, I’ve participated in professional science research, elite hackathons, and a variety of extracurriculars ranging from cross-country to musical theatre.

I’m proud to be a recipient of the RBC Spirit of the Capital Youth Award and to have collaborated with organizations like NASA, Walmart, and the Conrad Challenge. Through my projects, I've had the opportunity to work alongside experts in different fields, pushing my boundaries and solving complex challenges.

What I’m Passionate About

Beyond my academic and scientific pursuits, I co-founded a non-profit where I served as Head of Outreach. I’m also deeply passionate about space tech, science competitions, and exploring the possibilities of the future. Whether it’s through research, public speaking, or staying active, I’m always seeking new challenges to tackle.

I love geography and politics and learning about cool unique space projects. The hypotheticals of what could be is super cool to me with crazy projects that we could build in the future like a Dyson Sphere or Space Elevator
